Covid-19 Updates - Auckland Delivery Delays

With Auckland being at Alert Level 3, we are experiencing considerably higher than normal volumes currently. To ensure the safety of our team and the community, we are still required to operate with protocols such as segregated shifts and social distancing. We have increased our resources accordingly, however due to the additional safety measures we are currently experiencing delivery delays of approximately 1-2 business days. In addition to this, inter-island ferry services are still operating at significantly reduced capacity which has further impact on our network. The flow on effect from the ferry delays is our ability to reposition equipment quickly, therefore delays pertain to both the North and South islands.
It would be greatly appreciated if you refrained from contacting our branches if your parcel has been in our network for less than 3 days.
